Banks that simulate stablecoin flows will ship programmable money before banks that debate policy.
The thesis
Bank stablecoin programs stall in committees debating an abstraction. The banks that ship will put a working wallet, gateway, or remittance flow in front of product and compliance, and let the concrete thing settle the argument.
StablecoinRoadmap provides those templates, plus a sandbox that simulates issuance, transfer, redemption, reserve movements, and the failures in between: a redemption during a rebalance, a corridor that misbehaves under load. Cheaper there than on live rails. We built it from running technology at a BMA-licensed digital asset bank.
The test: whether sandbox-validated products reach pilots faster than policy work alone. If not, the bet fails. With a federal stablecoin framework in place, the constraint is operational readiness, not permission.
