Ask why a bank has not deployed capable AI: a core that closes at 6 p.m., a half-documented schema, logic in a language whose last expert retired. Models improve monthly; those systems predate the web.
Multi-year modernization fails so often that waiting is rational. MigrateForce tests whether agents change that math, converting legacy code, schemas, and business logic fast enough to turn a decade into quarters.
The hard part is preserving intent: behavior documented only in the code. Migration counts only if the new system behaves identically where it matters, provably.
The test: real codebases, measured compression, verified equivalence. If it only works on toy systems, the bet fails.
